Energetic Soul Coaching is timely. We are living in times of great change and uncertainty; this causes many people to search for more meaning in life. This unique form of coaching allows you to explore new ways of living with YOUR OWN spiritual principles at your core.

The method of Soul Coaching I have learned offers a rich blend of ancient wisdom, intuitive and energetic coaching skills that are steeped in the Toltec philosophy. This philosophy is based on the key concept that we don’t really see life at all; what we actually see is our filter system, which is composed of our beliefs, expectations, agreements, and assumptions. When explored, we discover that we have the power and insight to live in a way that is truly relevant for us today.

How It Works

We will explore any belief systems and old paradigms that may no longer be serving your highest, truest Self so you can begin to let go and discover your inner wisdom and begin to live out your truest expression and essence of your Self!
We work together as a team to find greater meaning, purpose and lasting fulfillment in your life. Healing is within us -- not outside of us.
We are all experts of ourselves and we have the answers within. I will compassionately hold space and guide you towards getting clear and familiar with your Self..
Sessions will incorporate discussion, curiosity, experiments, stalking your behaviours energy work, subconscious journeying and deep healing to help you become the Master of your own Self!
Sessions can be done by Zoom, FaceTime or in person. You decide what works best for your life. It is a sacred time to explore and expand!

Having practiced the Art of Esthetics for 20+ years I have experience with “one on one” sacred listening. I am also a Reiki Practitioner + Teacher. I infuse a “holistic wellness” approach into every coaching session to help you understand how your emotions, thoughts and beliefs affect your soul’s path. I hope this energetic and mindful approach will support you to discover your very own divine wisdom! My intention is for you to meet your goals with an open mindedness + curiosity! I love to work with adults from all backgrounds, ages, interests and skills.
